VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – May 8, 2019 – Further to its recent news release dated May 6, 2019, Mission Ready Solutions Inc. (“Mission Ready” or the Company”) (TSXV: MRS) is pleased to announce that it has received – through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Unifire, Inc. (“Unifire”) – an additional CAD$1.35 million (USD$1,001,948) in awards from the Defense Logistics Agency (“DLA”) as an incumbent prime vendor on the Tailored Logistics Support (“TLS”) contract.

The Company is pleased to report the recent awards and will endeavor to provide meaningful insights on Company developments on a regular basis. Though Mission Ready will continue to ensure the highest standards of regulatory compliance and timely disclosure of material events, management also wish to clarify that, with the addition of Unifire, the Company’s annual sales are expected to be comprised of multiple awards of varying dollar values, many of which will be considered to be within Unifire’s ordinary course of business and, subject to the applicable securities laws, will not be individually announced.

“We are pleased to be picking up speed into the prime selling season for government contractors which is generally between June 1 and September 30th,” states Jeffery Schwartz, President & CEO of Mission Ready. “During the acquisition process, infrastructure and processes were developed to ensure that the post-close integration process did not impact Unifire’s sales opportunities. This foundation is now proving to be invaluable to the Company, providing the sales team with increased bandwidth for solicitation response.”

The Canadian dollar amounts referenced herein are calculated using a USD–CAD conversion rate of 1.35.
