Mr. Schwartz has an extensive background in all aspects of executive management and has served in director level positions for both privately held and publicly traded companies, most recently as President of LC Industries, a $380MM manufacturing and distribution business that grew from $50MM during his 12-year tenure.
With a strong focus on new business development and team building, Mr. Schwartz has developed several companies within the tactical armor industry and has a history of achievements in elevating similar-stage companies to great success in the defense industry.
Terry Nixon co-founded Mission Ready in 2011 and served as the Company’s Corporate Communications Director until July 2018 when he was appointed to the position of Chief Compliance Officer.
Mr. Nixon brings an impressive history of C-level executive leadership experience to Mission Ready along with an intimate understanding of capital markets, regulatory compliance and public company administration. Prior to Mission Ready, Mr. Nixon served as the Chief Financial Officer of a public junior exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Nixon’s long-standing relationships within the investment industry – including an extensive network of affluent private and institutional equity investors – have been instrumental in securing capital for the Company since its inception.
Mr. Treiber, an industry veteran with over 20 years experience in the US armor and protection markets, is a former U.S. Marine and Project Officer for the United States Marine Corps. After his service, he joined Protective Products International as sales and marketing manager where he improved revenues by over 500% and personally executed the largest body armor contract in the history of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Mr. Treiber was a founder of Renegade Armor and served as Chief Operating Officer, growing that company from start-up to over $17M in annual sales before accepting a buy-out offer from Propper International.
Dong H. Shim is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of Illinois, United States.
Mr. Shim has served as an audit partner on numerous audit engagements with a mid-size firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he audited various publicly traded companies, primarily focusing on junior mining, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries. As an audit partner, Mr. Shim also assisted various start-up companies in achieving public listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and the OTC Market.
Francisco Martinez was a leading Product Development Engineer and Project Officer at the United States Army Natick Soldier Research, Development & Engineering Center in Natick, Massachusetts (2004/2009).
Mr. Martinez has led the development of an unprecedented number of new, lifesaving products for the US Army and the Special Operation Forces in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
Mr. Martinez was the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Protect The Force, LLC from September 15th, 2009 until May 1, 2012 when Protect The Force, LLC’s assets were purchased by Protect The Force Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mission Ready Solutions Inc.. On February 21, 2012 Mr. Martinez was appointed Chief Technology Officer of the Company.
